Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating plant capable of coating objects approximately 1250mm x 2500mm x 600mm.

Powder coating forms a finish tougher than conventional wet paints. The coating is applied electrostatically as a dry powder which is then cured at 200 degrees C, forming a tough substrate.

A range of components made from aluminium, carbon and stainless steel can be finished in a wide range of colours in gloss, semi-gloss and matt finishes.
